Action is a legal instrument used to defend a right in court, being the means by which a person or company exercises their rights and enforces their obligations. It can be a judicial action, in which the recognition of a right or the fulfillment of an obligation is sought, or an extrajudicial action, in which an attempt is made to resolve the conflict without the intervention of the judiciary.
