A Legal Act is any act that produces legal effects, meaning it creates, modifies, or extinguishes rights and obligations between the parties involved. It can be a unilateral act of will, such as the waiver of a right, or a bilateral act, such as a contract. For a legal act to be valid, it must comply with legal norms and the parties must have the capacity and legitimacy to perform it.
